Login Issues

If you are unable to log in to the Ruckus LTE AP Management portal, review the following.
  • If you already have a Ruckus LTE AP Management account but forgot password, reset your account password.
  • If an error occurs (or nothing happens) when you attempt to log in to the AP Management portal, make sure that you have a valid Ruckus LTE AP Management account. A Ruckus LTE AP Management account is different from a Ruckus Support account. To request for a Ruckus LTE AP Management trial account, contact your local Ruckus sales representative.
