Viewing Venue Information

The Venues page displays information about the venues that you have created in your account, including their locations, number of LTE networks, number of APs, and number of currently associated clients.

Follow these steps to view information about a venue.
  1. On the Dashboard, click Venues.
    The Venues page appears and displays a list of existing venues.
  2. Click a venue name to view more information about it.
    The Overview tab of the venue information page appears and displays an overview of the venue, including:
    • Any alarms that have been generated in the venue
    • The total number of APs in the venue
    • The floorplan (if any) that has been uploaded for the venue
    • The location of the venue on Google Maps
    • A list of available venue settings such as Wi-Fi mesh networking settings, Wi-Fi radio settings, and LTE settings
      • To turn on mesh networking for the venue, toggle the OFF/ON switch to the ON position.
      • To view the WiFi radio settings that are used in the venue, click View. Help for Customizing the WiFi Radio Settings of a Venue appears.
      • To edit the LTE settings for a venue, click Edit. Help for Customizing the LTE Setting for a Venue appears.
    • Graphs that show the traffic volume, and client count for the last 24 hours, last 7 days, and last 30 days.

    To view the clients, APs, networks, and events in the venue, click the corresponding tab.
