Event Types

Events in the Ruckus LTE AP Management are classified into the following types: Admin, AP, Client, and Notification.

  • Admin: Events that occur within the AP Management, including the web interface.
  • AP: Events that occurs on managed APs. For example, when the configuration settings of an AP are updated and when an IP address of an AP changes.
  • Client: Events that occur on LTE clients that are associated with any of your managed APs.
  • Notification: Informational notifications such as an upcoming license expiration, disconnection of an AP from the AP Management, Ruckus partner accepting customer invitation and so on. Ruckus LTE AP Management notifies administrative users about important events via email and SMS.
